2. Registration and Payment
Participants must provide accurate registration information.
Course fees must be paid according to the terms displayed during registration.
Registration is confirmed when payment and any required enrollment steps have been completed.
Participants are responsible for reviewing course prerequisites and instructions before attending.
3. Participant Eligibility
Participants must meet applicable age, legal eligibility, and course-specific requirements.
Minors may participate only when permitted by law, the training facility, and the specific course requirements, with appropriate parent or guardian authorization.
SDM Training Group LLC reserves the right to decline or discontinue participation when necessary for safety, lawful compliance, or failure to meet published course requirements.
4. Safety and Conduct
Participant safety is a primary priority.
All participants must:
Follow instructor and Range Safety Officer directions.
Comply with applicable laws and facility rules.
Wear required protective equipment.
Handle training equipment only when authorized.
Refrain from unsafe, threatening, or disruptive behavior.
Notify instructors of any safety concerns.
SDM Training Group LLC may remove participants from an activity when their conduct creates a safety risk.
5. Assumption of Risk
Certain training activities involve inherent risks, including physical activity and the use of firearms or other training equipment.
Participants will receive applicable safety instructions and may be required to complete separate acknowledgments or liability waivers before participating.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions waives rights or limits liability where prohibited by applicable law.
6. Course Changes and Cancellations
SDM Training Group LLC may reschedule, relocate, modify, or cancel courses due to instructor availability, weather, safety concerns, facility restrictions, or other circumstances.
Applicable refund and rescheduling terms are described in our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy.
7. Online Store Purchases
Products offered through our online store may be subject to additional product-specific terms, availability restrictions, shipping conditions, and applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Where applicable, regulated products may require age or eligibility verification, licensed dealer processing, or other lawful transfer procedures.
Product returns, cancellations, and shipping terms will be disclosed separately where applicable.
